Choc and Raps:  Rich chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate ganache, raspberry jam, and fresh raspberries. Covered in chocolate Chantilly and decorated with fresh and freeze-dried crushed raspberries plus a dark chocolate ganache. A perfect blend of indulgence and freshness!

Carrot BR:  A Brazilian twist on classic carrot cake, filled with brigadeiro and topped with dark chocolate ganache. Adorned with brigadeiro drips, chocolate sprinkles, and brigadeiro balls. This is the epitome of sweet perfection!  

Carrot AUS: An Australian-style carrot cake with lime mousse and a mix of toasted nuts (almonds, pecans, and walnuts), covered in white chocolate ganache and finished with a lemon icing drip and mixed nuts. A delightful combination of flavors!
